Spotters Sunglasses are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months from date of purchase. Your warranty is only valid with a proof of purchase from an authorised Spotters dealer.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Your warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched or broken lenses, lost screws, fading or peeling of frames, or nose piece and frame deterioration. Any alterations to the sunglasses will void your warranty.

The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace, in part or in full, sunglasses returned for warranty or repair. Warranty claims and other repairs are at the complete discretion of the manufacturer.

ADDITIONAL PENETRATOR WARRANTY INFORMATION

(For sunglasses fitted with the Penetrator Lens only)

 

The Spotters Penetrator is a polarised photochromic bronze glass lens. The Penetrator’s Photochromic molecules are embedded within a layer of distortion free, scratch resistant glass. As a result, we guarantee the photochromic properties of the Penetrator lens will last the life of your sunglasses.

What does this mean? We guarantee that your Penetrator lenses will continue to automatically adjust to prevailing light conditions for as long as you can still wear your sunglasses. Please note this warranty applies only to the photochromic properties of the lens, and does not cover scratched, broken or lost lenses. The sunglasses must have been looked after in accordance with Spotters Care Instructions.

 

If the photochromic properties of your Penetrator lenses cease to function, we will replace your lenses free of charge.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM OR HAVE YOUR SUNGLASSES REPAIRED:

• Fill in the Warranty/repair card included with your sunglasses with your name and contact details.
• Package your sunglasses (inside their protective case) in a sturdy box with padding.
• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the sunglass owner.
